Effect of Rheb depletion of Rheb and Ribo-HA knock-in on gene expression of neurons

To exam the effection of neuronal Rheb on brain myelination, we generated knockout mice of Rheb-specific depletion in neurons Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for Control and Rheb cKO mice.为探究神经元Rheb对大脑髓鞘形成的影响，我们构建了神经元特异性敲除Rheb的条件性敲除（conditional knockout, cKO）小鼠模型，并对对照组与Rheb cKO小鼠的RNA测序（RNA-seq）数据开展了比较基因表达谱分析。
