资源简介:
First transcriptome analyses of Bacillus megaterium DSM319 grown under mild and severe salt stress (up to 1.8 M NaCl) to analyse the addaptation of the organism on transcriptome level Bacillus megaterium DSM319 was grown in the presence of 0 (control), 0.6, 1.2 and 1.8 M NaCl, respectively, in Minimalmedium. All cultivations were performed as four biological replicates. Control in each case was B. megaterium DSM319 grown in minimal medium without additional NaCl.
