Soil Mapping Units - Cuyahoga County

This coverage was created as part of a land capability analysis project in cooperation with Cuyahoga County and a water quality project in cooperation with the Northeast Ohio Areawide Coordinating Agency(NOACA). Soil mapping units can be useful in environmental analyses, erosion analyses, land use planning, etc. They can be used to map many associated variables such as pH, slope and depth to seasonal high water table.
