Differentially expressed mRNA between macrophage M2 treated with lnc-M2_siRNA and the control macrophage M2 cells

To compare mRNA expression diffrence between macrophage M2 treated with lnc-M2_siRNA and the control macrophage M2 cells, we performed microarray using Arraystar Human LncRNA + mRNA Microarray v3.0 (8×60K) platform Total RNAs from 2 independent groups of lnc-M2 knockdown M2 macrophages as well as the control (siRNA-ctrl) cells were isolated using Trizol reagent (Invitrogen life technologies, CA, USA),and labeled using Quick Amp Labeling Kit, One-Color (Agilent p/n 5190-0442). Next, the labeled/amplified RNA and labeled cRNA was purified and hybridizated using Agilent Gene Expression Hybridization Kit (Agilent p/n 5188-5242). Microarray slides were washed and scanned on an Agilent Microarray Scanner (Agilent p/n G2565CA), and data were extracted using Agilent Feature Extraction Software.
