Genome-wide DNA methylation data of plasma cell-free DNA from the MIMESIS-1 and MIMESIS-2 cohorts (METER study)

This repository contains DNA methylation call files (.cov and CpG_context) generated with Bismark (https://felixkrueger.github.io/Bismark/bismark/methylation_extraction/) from low-pass whole-genome bisulfite sequencing of plasma cell-free DNA from control individuals and breast cancer patients enrolled in the MIMESIS-1 and MIMESIS-2 cohorts, analyzed in the METER study. For control samples, Bismark-aligned BAM files are also provided. CpG_context and .cov files are organized into multiple ZIP archives, while BAM files of control samples are provided as individual files.
