Full edition for public use. The data were collected for the empirical evaluation of a teacher education course on languages in education. The evaluation design consisted of a pre- and post-test (n = 52) with an open questionnaire on four videotaped classroom situations in order to investigate pre-service teachers’ competence development on the basis of changes in their noticing of these classroom situations, so in their ability to 1) identify noteworthy features of classroom interactions and 2) to interpret these features based on their knowledge and experience (van Es & Sherin, 2021). Additionally, in combination with the post-test, stimulated recall interviews (n = 11) were conducted in order to reconstructively infer pre-service teachers’ cognitive processes during the analysis of the videotaped classroom situations. This is the data set from the stimulated recall interviews.

面向公共使用的完整版数据集。本数据集为一门教育语言学教师教育课程的实证评估而采集。本次评估采用前后测设计(n=52),配套针对4个录像课堂情境的开放式问卷,旨在通过职前教师(pre-service teachers)对这些课堂情境的觉察变化,探究其能力发展情况,具体涵盖两项核心能力:1)识别课堂互动中的显著特征;2)基于自身知识与经验对上述特征进行解读(van Es & Sherin, 2021)。此外,结合后测环节,研究还开展了刺激回忆访谈(stimulated recall interviews,n=11),以重构性推断职前教师在分析录像课堂情境时的认知过程。本数据集即来自上述刺激回忆访谈环节。
