Gene expression in E9.5 trunks comparing wt with Arid3b-null embryos

We have analysed and compared mRNA expression between wt embryos and embryos deficient for Arid3b in E9.5 trunks, with the aim of identifying differentially expressed genes that could give us a clue to the functions of Arid3b during development. Trunks were dissected from E9.5 embryos (including the body from the otic vesicle to somite 15 and forelimbs). Four wild-type and four mutant embryos were collected and pooled for each of the microarray triplicates.我们对胚胎发育第9.5天（E9.5）胚胎躯干的野生型（wild type）胚胎与Arid3b缺陷型胚胎的mRNA表达谱开展了分析与对比，旨在鉴定差异表达基因，为解析Arid3b在胚胎发育过程中的功能提供线索。研究人员从E9.5胚胎中分离得到躯干样本，其躯体范围覆盖耳泡（otic vesicle）至第15体节（somite）及前肢。针对每一组基因芯片（microarray）重复实验，均收集4个野生型胚胎与4个突变型胚胎的样本并混合，用于后续检测。
