The seeds of transgenic maize that overexpressed ZmASR3 (OE) which has resistance to drought and conventional parental line (WT) were sowed in soil collected in Baihe base. Plants from the seedling stage (V6) were chose for the experiment, adaxial and abaxial leaf surfaces were selected for sampling, including WT-adaxial, OE-adaxial, WT-abaxial, OE-abaxial. There were some plants from the seedling stage (V4) were inoculated with an E.turcicum spore suspension, two weeks later, the adaxial and abaxial leaf surfaces were selected for sampling, including EWT-adaxial, EOE-adaxial, EWT-abaxial, EOE-abaxial.
