黑木耳栽培技术规程

本标准规定了黑木耳栽培的术语和定义、场地选择、栽培基质、栽培管理、病虫害防控和菌渣处理等技术要求。本标准适用于黑木耳吊袋（挂袋）栽培和地摆栽培。云南可用于黑木耳栽培的基料丰富但各地可利用资源种类不尽相同，且部分可循环利用的有机废弃物利用率不高，造成生产成本高；不同的栽培模式对场地、接种方式接种量、发菌管理、刺孔（开口）方式数量、排场、出耳管理、采收管理等环节的要求也不尽相同，各环节做的好坏直接影响的产量及品质。鉴于此，项目组在多年科研和生产的基础上，围绕黑木耳栽培的场地选择、栽培基质、栽培管理、病害防控和菌渣处理等环节提出规范性要求，具有全面性和科学性。

This standard specifies the technical requirements including terms and definitions, site selection, cultivation substrate, cultivation management, pest and disease control, and mushroom residue treatment for Auricularia auricula cultivation. This standard is applicable to bag-hanging (bag-suspending) cultivation and ground-placement cultivation of Auricularia auricula. Yunnan is rich in substrates available for Auricularia auricula cultivation, but the types of utilizable resources vary across different regions. In addition, the utilization rate of some recyclable organic wastes is low, leading to high production costs. Different cultivation modes have varying requirements for various links including site, inoculation method and inoculation amount, mycelial growth management, number and method of hole-punching (opening), arrangement of cultivation bags, ear emergence management, and harvest management. The quality of each link directly affects the yield and quality of Auricularia auricula. In view of this, based on years of scientific research and production practice, the project team has put forward normative requirements focusing on the links of site selection, cultivation substrate, cultivation management, pest and disease control, and mushroom residue treatment for Auricularia auricula cultivation, which is comprehensive and scientific.
