Quercus ilex and Quercus suber are Mediterranean evergreen oaks that produce fertile hybrids Raw sequence reads

The uploaded libraries correspond to ddRAD Illumina NextSeq 500 v2 sequencing of 1233 samples of adult and progenies of two evergreen oaks, Quercus suber and Quercus ilex and their hybirds. Genomic DNA was digested with PstI/MspI. A size selection step of 126-300 nt was performed. Filtering was performed with cutadapt, and sequencing adapter remnants were clipped from all reads. Reads with final length < 20 bp and reads with 5 ends not matching the restriction enzyme site were discarded. Finally, reads were filtered by quality removing reads containing Ns and trimming those reads at 3-end to get a minimum average Phred quality score of 20 over a ten-base window. Again, reads with a final length < 20 bp were discarded.
