Reproducibility package for Diffusivity-Uniform Mean Corrections and Initial-Layer Memory in Thermochemical Reaction Systems

Reproducibility package accompanying "Diffusivity-Uniform Mean Corrections and Initial-Layer Memory in Thermochemical Reaction Systems" by Nam-Hyun Yoo, Hyojin Park, and Jinhong Yang. Corresponding author: Jinhong Yang ([e-mail]). The package contains verification programs, fixed configurations, saved numerical trajectories, tables and four figures. It includes modal/PDE, fast-diffusion, joint-limit and spectral-tail calculations; 72 closed-form coefficient comparisons; 32 finite-amplitude sensitivity cases; and four spatial-grid/integrator comparisons. All results are generated mathematical benchmarks. Version 1.1.1 aligns the conversion-only Figure 4 label with Rrem(a) in the manuscript and updates the corresponding plotting label, citation title, documentation, manuscript references and one source docstring. All 154 numerical trajectory files, 14 CSV tables and 15 JSON configuration, protocol and validation files are retained byte-for-byte from version 1.1.0. The numerical solvers and calculations are unchanged. The README gives reproduction commands; the CHANGELOG records the release changes. The preceding public release is version 1.1.0, DOI 10.5281/zenodo.23614665. Licensing applies by component: Python source code, including comments and docstrings, is MIT licensed. Data, figures, configuration/result files and standalone documentation are CC BY 4.0. These are component-specific terms. Third-party dependencies are not bundled and retain their own licenses.
