The fungus <i>Neurospora</i> intermedia harbours two meiotic drive elements known as <i>Spore killer 2</i> (<i>Sk-2</i>) and <i>Spore killer 3</i> (<i>Sk-3</i>). Different alleles at the <i>rsk</i> locus confers resistance against these.<br>This dataset contains a trimmed amino acid alignment of the <i>rsk</i> gene from 98 strains of <i>Neurospora</i>.<br>This dataset was deposited as part of the paper Svedberg et al.
