循泵试验台主要包括电机、行星齿轮箱、导轴承、叶轮等部件。其中,电机与齿轮箱的输入方式采用齿式联轴器,齿轮箱与循环水泵之间采用刚性直联方式;运动与动力由主电机传至齿式联轴器,然后经一级行星传动,将运动和动力传输至输出轴连接法兰,驱动循环水泵工作,泵导轴承为可倾瓦轴承,泵叶轮为离心式叶轮。试验台数据采集系统包括振动加速度传感器(PCB 352C33)、声压传感器(SKC-MNP21)、轴位移传感器(米铱DT3005)、温度传感器(PT 100)及数据采集仪(亿恒-8018)等。本数据集包含循环水泵导轴承健康、剥落、点蚀、松动、划伤、碰磨故障在不同流量工况下振动加速度、声压、位移、温度等物理监测信号。
The circulating water pump test bench mainly comprises components including the motor, planetary gearbox, guide bearing, and impeller. The motor is connected to the input end of the gearbox via a toothed coupling, and the gearbox is rigidly directly coupled to the circulating water pump. Motion and power are transmitted from the main motor to the toothed coupling, then through a single-stage planetary transmission to the output shaft connecting flange, thereby driving the circulating water pump. The pump guide bearing is a tilting-pad bearing, and the pump impeller is a centrifugal impeller. The test bench’s data acquisition system consists of vibration acceleration sensors (PCB 352C33), sound pressure sensors (SKC-MNP21), shaft displacement sensors (Micro-Epsilon DT3005), temperature sensors (PT 100), and Yiheng-8018 data acquisition instruments, among other components. This dataset includes physical monitoring signals such as vibration acceleration, sound pressure, shaft displacement, and temperature, collected under different flow operating conditions, corresponding to the healthy state and five fault types (spalling, pitting, looseness, scratching, and rubbing) of the circulating water pump guide bearings.
