PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a total heat transfer element sheet excellent in strength， stretch restriction， and gas insulation. SOLUTION: In a total heat-transfer element sheet made of a base material sheet， the base material sheet contains natural pulp and fiber glasses. A length-weighted average fiber length of the natural pulp is 0.7-1.7 mm. In a fiber length histogram of the natural pulp， a maximum frequency peak is in 0.5-1.5 mm. A ratio of fibers having a fiber length of 1.0 mm or more is 25.0% or more. A percentage content of the fiber glasses relative to a total fiber component contained in the base material sheet is 2-15 mass%. SELECTED DRAWING: None
