资源简介：
A list of fungal species recognized within Index Fungorum that are registered in the NCBI database maintaining genomic DNA data for type specimens. The species list follows previously published datasets labelled " A dataset of 144,035 named species of fungi and associated species delimitation data".
Each listed species is accompanied by its earliest authorship details, not necessarily the valid authorship for the current name.
This data formed part of my MSc thesis research in 2020.
