Guizhou Province was considered as one of the region that the tea originated. The unique climate, landform, ecotope in Guizhou Province and its processing technic have made the Guizhou tea with high quality and tastes distincted from other teas from outside of Guizhoui. The Project was set up to survey the tea germplasms used as tribute tea in Guizhou Province, identify SNPs and genes associated with the unique characteristic quality and tastes of tea.
