资源简介:
Potassium (K+) is one of the most important nutrition elements for plants. Grape is an important industrial crop with an extremely high demand for potassium, however, the low potassium efficiency and frequent potassium-deficiency occurrence in viticulture greatly restrict the development of grape industry. So, developing a technique to improve potassium efficiency is significant for grapes. In this study, we found hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) treatment could improve K+ uptake in grapes. To reveal the mechanisms underlying H2O2-induced K+ uptake, transcriptome sequencing (RNA-seq) was conducted and the differentially expressed genes were further analyzed.
