We used scRNA-seq analysis to investigate the expression profiles of p16high adipocyte progenitor cells compared with p16low adipocyte progenitor cells in the gonadal adipose tissue of aging mice. Overall design: We conducted the p16CreERT2-tdTomato mice of 18 month old to study the function of p16high adipocyte progenitor cells in the gonadal adipose tissue. The tdTomato-positive CD31- CD45- cells and tdTomato-negative CD31- CD45- cells were collected through FACS and processed for library preparation.
