Heterodera carotae genome sequencing and assembly

The goal of this study is to provide a genome assembly and annotation for the plant-parasitic nematode Heterodera carotae. There are limited genetic resources for this nematode and this assembly would be the 3rd genome in this very important plant-parasitic nematode genus.

本研究旨在为植物寄生线虫Heterodera carotae提供基因组组装与注释。鉴于该线虫遗传资源匮乏，此次组装将成为该极其重要的植物寄生线虫属中的第三个基因组。
