为保证青菜安全性,需要对青菜农药残留啶虫脒含量进行把控。《食品安全国家标准 食品中农药最大残留限量》(GB 2763—2021)中规定,青菜中啶虫脒最高限量值为1mg/kg。本数据主要用于监测诸暨市流通领域青菜含量指标的情况,为监管部门提供监管依据。1.数据采集:数据采集于诸暨市场的抽检样品;2.对我市市场的抽检产品的检测值按照如下公式进行计算:X=C*V*f*k/(m*1000),式中:X为试样中待测组分含量,单位为毫克每千克(mg/kg);C为试样待测液中啶虫脒含量,单位为毫克每升(ug/L);V为试样待测液定容体积 ,单位为毫升(mL);m为试样质量 ,单位为克(g);f值为稀释倍数;K值为1。可得检查项目啶虫脒的含量数据。3将以上检测数据对比国标GB 20769-2008 《水果和蔬菜中 450 种农药及相关化学品残留量的测定液相色谱-串联质谱法》 标定的数据要求,在限定值内的为合格,超出限定值的为不合格。

Data Collection: This dataset is sourced from spot-checked samples collected from markets in Zhuji City. 2.
