资源简介:
Photograph of an adobe house lived in by Frenchman Jean Cavaux on Bronson and Clinton Streets, 1910. The door of the long, one-story house (finished 1855, torn down 1922) is open at center, and sports a two-paned window. To either side of this, shuttered windows can be seen, although the window to the right is partially obscured by a tall-standing topiary tree. On the same wall of the house at right another opening, what is possibly a door can be seen. A third window is visible at left on the narrow side of the house as well. Piled rocks in seeming disarray line the perimeter of the building closely. Another large tree is visible in the background behind the structure. The yard does not appear to have grass.
