This zine explores how the NHS App, as a tool of digital transformation, amplifies existing societal inequalities by disadvantaging not only those who lack access to digital tools, but also those who prefer face-to-face interactions with healthcare providers. It examines how digital exclusion - a recognised social determinant of health - is exacerbated by policies that assume digital-first solutions are universally desirable and accessible.
