Sequence reads of adult wheat microbiomes. Adult wheat microbiomes

Wheat crown rot disease causes devastating effects on wheat production in terms of yield and grain quality. This project is in view of this reality and aims to reveal core healthy microbiome (structure and function) associated with wheat. We also detect how microbiomes shift when wheat field were heavily infected by Fusarium. The results of this project will provide how wheat microbiomes interact with crown rot disease and shed light to future biological control of this disease.
