Cold Transport Service Provider

This data were used to analyze the findings on intention to offer cold transport services using Smart-PLS software. This data containing the compilation of responses from questionnaire used as data collection method in excel form. The hypothesis of this study is to find out the relationship between variables such as relative advantage, customer demand, top management support, organization readiness against the intention to provide cold transport service. As a results, most of the hypotheses in this study was supported.

This data can be interpreted using Smart-PLS software, where RA, CD, TMS, RDNS is the independent variables while Ittn 1, Ittn 2, Ittn 3 is the dependent variables.

Data was gathered using google form where link to an invitation was sent to prospect of respondents based on Malaysian logistics directory.

For the profiling analysis, SPSS software was used. 184 valid responses was accepted.
