Soil salinity is one of the most significant abiotic stresses affecting corp yield in around world. Rapeseed (Brassica napus L) is widely cultivated oil corps in around the world, and its yield has been constrained by salt stress. To explore the molecular mechanism of salt tolerance in rapeseed, this study screened two rapeseed varieties with significant differences in salt tolerance, the salt-tolerant variety Houza62 (HZ62) and the salt-intolerant variety Zhongshaung11 (ZS11), and transcriptome analysis and metabolomics analysis were used to analyze the differences in genes and metabolites of salt stress during germination of these two rapeseed varieties.
