Transcriptome Analysis of Allium mongolicum Regel: Drought Resistance Comparison Between Wild (Minqin, GS) and Domesticated (Tongliao, XH) Accessions

This project focuses on Allium mongolicum Regel, aiming to explore the molecular basis of drought resistance in wild populations. Wild samples were collected from Minqin County, Gansu Province (GS), and domesticated samples were from Tongliao City, Inner Mongolia (XH). Both groups were subjected to drought treatment. Transcriptome sequencing was performed to analyze gene expression profiles, and compare differences between wild and domesticated accessions, thus revealing the mechanisms underlying the drought resistance of wild Allium mongolicum.
