Dihea is a prevalent gastrointestinal disorder in horses, and diet-induced diarrhea has become an emerging challenge in recent years. This study aimed to investigate the differences in gut microbiota between healthy horses and those with diet-induced diarrhea, as well as evaluate the effectiveness of fecal microbiota transplantation (FMT) and Carbonate Buffer Mixture (CBM) as potential therapeutic approaches.
