Targeting National Coastal Priorities: Coastal Resource Enhancement Program

This report outlines the substantial progress made by the states and territories in developing and implementing enhancement programs. OCRM anticipates that the considerable efforts and learning experiences of the first year will be valuable in strengthening the state and territory programs in future years.
