VPRS 11177 Rough Minute Book

This series recorded the general, special and annual general meetings of the Shire of Wimmera Waterworks Trust. Although a label, Rough Minute Book, has been fixed to the volume's spine, it appears that this volume comprised formal minutes of meetings since the minutes of each meeting were signed by the Trust's Chairman and Secretary.The minutes of meetings included transcripts of reports tabled at the meetings and references to correspondence sent and received.The first twenty-five numbered folios in the volume used to record the minutes had been used to draft outward letters of the Shire of Wimmera (VA 2536): see the series registration for VPRS 11176 Draft Outward Letter Book for more information.
