The study aim was to investigate the anti-aging mechanism of Polygonatum sibiricum and its wine steaming processed product in mice, specifically focusing on the effect of D-galactose surrounding the intestinal flora and the Kelch-like ECH-associated protein 1-nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2-antioxidant response elements pathway.
