城市信息模型（CIM）平台是充分运用大数据、人工智能、BIM、GIS、IOT等数字孪生技术研发的支撑表达和管理城市三维空间的基础平台。通过整合城市地上地下、室内室外、历史现状未来多维多尺度数据，实现数据汇聚、数据查询与可视化、统计分析、数据共享与交换、监测监督、运行管理和开发接口等功能，形成智慧城市三维空间数字底座，为城市、园区、工地、楼宇等不同层次的空间治理应用建设提供技术支撑。City Information Modeling (CIM) platform is a foundational platform developed by fully leveraging digital twin technologies such as big data, artificial intelligence, BIM, GIS, IoT and others, to support the expression and management of urban three-dimensional space. By integrating multi-dimensional and multi-scale data covering urban above-ground and underground, indoor and outdoor, historical, current and future scenarios, it delivers functions including data aggregation, data query and visualization, statistical analysis, data sharing and exchange, monitoring and supervision, operation management, and provision of development interfaces, thus forming a digital foundation for the three-dimensional space of smart cities, and providing technical support for the construction of spatial governance applications at different levels such as cities, parks, construction sites and buildings.
