Data of water table elevation and temperature collected in the period December 2023- January 2026 in the INGV piezometric network of the Stretto di Messina (Italy) area. Data were collected using in-hole dataloggers measuring temperature and absolute pressure. Absolute pressure was converted in water table elevation correcting the measures with atmspheric pressure data collected in meteorological stations located in Messina.
