收藏资源简介:
This repository contains observational data, hydrodynamic model outputs, and MATLAB execution scripts supporting the analyses and figures presented in the associated manuscript. Manuscript Information: Title: Predictability of Tsunami Currents from Water Levels in Humboldt Bay: Evidence of a Strongly Damped Basin Response Target Journal: Pure and Applied Geophysics (PAGEOPH) Dataset & Repository Overview All scripts, helper functions, and binary data files reside in a single flat directory: CPsontekdata.mat / CPbin2.mat / CPbin5.mat: Raw SonTek ADP datasets for July–August 2021 at Chevron Dock (time vectors, acoustic return amplitudes, and velocity measurements for Bins 2 and 5). HB2010.mat / HB2011.mat / HB2021.mat / HB2022.mat / HB2025.mat: Pre-detided observational time series of water levels and currents for the 2010, 2011, 2021, 2022, and 2025 tsunami events in Humboldt Bay. HB2011_model.mat / HB2025m.mat: Hydrodynamic model outputs for the 2011 and 2025 events (water level and velocity fields at North Spit, Chevron Dock, and Hookton Channel). plotspeccorr.m: Utility function for cross-spectral magnitude, coherence-squared, spectral phase lag, and time-domain cross-correlation calculations. NEWFIG2.m through NEWFIG11and12.m: Executable MATLAB scripts for regenerating Figures 2 through 12 in the manuscript.
