Metagenomics (16S-V4 region) of Olfactory receptor 56-deficient and WT male and female germfree mice transplanted with fecal matter from female SPF mice. Amplicon sequencing of genomic DNA samples from large and small intestine of those germfree mice was performed using the Earth Microbiome Protocol, for the V4 region and using the primer pair 515F-806R.
