The impact of platinum and taxol based neoadjuvant chemotherapy on tumour-associated macrophages (TAMs) was examined by analysis of TAMs extracted from high grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC) samples pre and post chemotherapy. TAMs were isolated by FACS sorting from high grade serous ovarian cancer, omental metastasis samples, pre and post platinum-based chemotherapy. RNA sequencing was performed on unmatched n = 5 pre and n = 7 post chemotherapy TAM samples.
