iSL-YOLOv11: Global–Local Attention Enhanced Small Lesion Detection in Mammography Images

This dataset contains mammography images and YOLO-format annotations used in the study “iSL-YOLOv11: Global–Local Attention Enhanced Small Lesion Detection in Mammography Images”. The dataset consists of two parts: 1. Public training data from Roboflow under the CC BY 4.0 license.2. A licensed subset released with permission for academic research purposes, used for evaluating model generalization. The licensed subset is subject to usage restrictions and must not be redistributed. The dataset is curated and organized to support reproducibility.
