Single-cell RNA-seq of mouse epidermal or dermal samples

To identify differences between keratinocytes (w/o Pp6) and dermal dendritic cells, epidermal or dermal cell suspensions from C57BL/6 mice or K5. Pp6fl/fl mice were subject to single-cell RNA-seq. Single-cell RNA-seq of mouse epidermal or dermal samples derived from 10 week-old C57BL/6 mice treated with imiquimod or not, 10 week-old K5. Pp6fl/fl mice without skin lesions, and 18 week-old K5. Pp6fl//fl mice with psoriasis-like skin lesions.为鉴定（不含Pp6的）角质形成细胞与真皮树突状细胞之间的表达差异，研究人员对来自C57BL/6小鼠或K5.Pp6fl/fl小鼠的表皮细胞悬液或真皮细胞悬液开展了单细胞RNA测序（single-cell RNA-seq）。本次测序的小鼠表皮或真皮样本涵盖三类：10周龄经咪喹莫特处理或未处理的C57BL/6小鼠样本、无皮肤病变的10周龄K5.Pp6fl/fl小鼠样本，以及存在银屑病样皮肤病变的18周龄K5.Pp6fl/fl小鼠样本。
