Virus-mediated changes in insect vector susceptibility to a systemic insecticide

This study evaluated the susceptibility of viruliferous and non-viruliferous beet leafhoppers to insecticides and utilized RNA-sequencing to characterize their responses post exposure. This study represents the first comprehensive transcriptomic investigation of virus-mediated alterations in vector susceptibility to insecticides.
