Effect of Repeated Exposure of Whole-Cigarette Smoke Condensate to Lung Damage in a Rat Model

To investigate the adverse effects in the lungs caused by WCSC exposure, a 1-week, and 2-week exposure model was established through the ITI administration method. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 4 different concentrations of lung tissue at two time points.为探究WCSC暴露所致肺部不良反应，本研究通过气管内给药（Intratracheal Instillation, ITI）途径构建了为期1周及2周的暴露模型。随后，我们基于两个时间点下4种不同浓度肺组织的RNA测序（RNA-seq）所得数据，开展了基因表达谱分析。
