Purpose: we searched for new potential druggable therapeutic targets through the description of high or low abundance transcripts that might be critical for ABC DLBCL cells. Overall design: The bulk of DLBCL were categorized in Cell-Of-Origen (COO) by Nanostring platform prior to deep transcriptome analysis by RNA sequencing (RNA-seq). After comparing GCB and ABC transcriptomes, a set of 79 genes were found differentially expressed (DE). By performing Gene Set Enrichment Analysis (GSEA), two main pathways were enriched and were related to metabolism and immune pathways.
