Mycobacterium tuberculosis identification and antibiotic resistance profiling using Nanopore sequencing

TB seek is a new nanopore sequencing based test designed for simultaneous TB identification and antibiotic resistance genotyping. The TBseek test is based on multiplex PCR, targeting specific genes for TB identification and antibiotic resistance profiling. PCR amplicons were converted to barcoded nanopore libraries and sequenced on the MinION Mk1B platform.
