Healthy control samples for Juvenile Sjogrens Syndrome (JSS) Transcriptome Study

To investigate the inflammatory signature and transcriptomical changes in CD14 positive monocytes, we have isolated and purified monocytes cells from whole blood. Bulk RNA-seq were conducted with an Illumina Novaseq 6000 (Illumina, San Diego, CA, USA), which generated paired-end (PE) reads of approximately 100 bp in size. According to the instruction of the NEBNext Ultra RNA Library Prep Kit (Illumina, San Diego, CA, USA), a sequential process of end-repair, poly-A addition, and adaptor ligation on both ends was carried out. A total of 43 samples involving 6 healthy control, 7 Sjogren Syndrome (SjS), 8 Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE), 7 Juvenile Sjogren Syndrome (JSS), 9 Biopsy Test Positive (Bx+), and 6 Non-Juvenile Sjogren Syndrome (non-SjS), were collected and sequenced.
