This dataset contains a checklist of 150 invasive animal species in China, along with images of their diagnostic features and damage symptoms. Specifically, it provides distribution information for 10 invasive insect species with geographic precision down to the county level. Additionally, it includes distribution data and historical spread dynamics of the invasive rice water weevil (*Lissorhoptrus oryzophilus*), with precision down to the township level.
