Single-cell RNA sequencing of patient-derived xenograft meningiomas

We report single-cell RNA sequencing of 23 PDX meningiomas that underwent radiation therapy, were treated with a Notch3 neutralizing antibody, or overexpressed Notch3. Overall design: A total of 23 PDX meningiomas were sequenced, with 5 unradiated controls and 3 replicates each of Notch3 overexpression alone, Notch3 overexpression with radiation at an early timepoint, Notch3 overexpression at a late timepoint, Notch3 neutralizing antibody alone, controls with radiation at an early timepoint, and controls with radiation at a late timepoint.
