Root transcriptome analysis of Triticum aestivum cultivar Seri-82 under biological treatments and nematode stress

This BioProject describes RNA sequencing of root tissues from the wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) cultivar Seri-82 subjected to biological treatments including Trichoderma, a consortium of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi, and their combination, with root lesion nematode application across all treatments. The dataset was generated to investigate transcriptomic responses associated with biological interactions and stress responses in wheat roots.
