Gene expression of cell populations sorted from exocrine cells infected with PNM (M3) or NGN3 and LacZ or REST

Bulk MARS-seq analysis of gene expression identified genes induced by PNM or NGN3 that are inhibited by REST expression. Overall design: Primary exocrine cells were isolated from C57BL/6 mice and infected with Ad-M3-mCherry (PNM expressing) or Ad-NGN3-GFP and Ad-LacZ or Ad-REST viruses. Cell populations were FACS sorted according to mCherry and GFP expression. RNA from 4 biological replicates of these samples was used for library construction using Bulk MARS-seq protocol and sequenced.
