RIECS-Concept Catalogue: register of citizen-science services, functionalities and resources (D2.3)

Machine-readable register of the 1,980 deduplicated catalogue entries that make up the RIECS-Concept preliminary catalogue (Deliverable D2.3, KER1 of the RIECS-Concept project).Each entry is a "RIECS shall…" statement derived bottom-up from the citizen-science community's co-design demand: 793 valid user stories (the same input as D2.2) were decomposed by three independent large language models — Anthropic Claude Sonnet 4.6, DeepSeek V4 and the European model Mistral Large — into atomic statements, which were then de-duplicated on meaning alone (no technology involved) into these entries. Each entry is typed as a Service, Functionality or Resource and carries its canonical statement, its component group, the need it serves and its source-story provenance. The entries consolidate into 151 components organised on the RIECS layer model. Produced under the RIECS-Concept project (HORIZON-INFRA-2024-DEV-01-01, Grant Agreement No. 101188210).
