We request MAGIC observations to provide sensitive VHE coverage for the multi-instrument campaigns in 2019-2020. These MAGIC observations are needed to characterise with accuracy the high-energy bump and its temporal evolution with simultaneous coverage for the low-energy bump comma and will play an uniquely important role in the investigation of several important scientific questions comma like the processes generating the flux variability comma as well as to address whether the blazar emission is produced in a single or in multiple zones. These multi-year VHE data comma together with its related MW data openParwhich includes XMM observations for three nights in Cycle 14closePar comma will become one of the MAGIC legacy products that will be used by many scientists inside-outside our collaboration.
