Transcriptome sequencing of of Aspergillus neoalliaceus MR-86 against root rot in Saposhnikovia divaricata caused by Fusarium equiseti Raw sequence reads

Fusarium equiseti is a globally significant fungal pathogen that affects crops and medicinal plants. Aiming to deal with its widespread impact, we have studied a promising approach for managing F. equiseti involves characterizing and applying rhizospheric microorganisms. In this context, this study aimed to evaluate the potential of rhizospheric fungi as antifungal agents against root rot disease in Saposhnikovia divaricata.
