Data in support of manuscript "Topographically induced dispersion in a salt marsh estuary"

North River field observations (2021) and realistic model output (ROMS) in support of manuscript "Topographically induced dispersion in a salt marsh estuary". Field observations include mooring data from September to November, 2021 ("northriver_2021_data.mat"), drone imagery on October 7, 2021 ("img_reg_oct07_DJI_0236.mat"), and shipboard measurements from ADCP and a towed CTD array on October 7, 2021 ("shipboard_20211007.mat") and October 29, 2021 ("shipboard_20211029.mat"). ROMS model data include model output at mooring locations ("comb_moor_ocean_estuary_NR.mat") and calculated salt flux variables ("salt_flux_roms_combined.mat") for the full simulation period from October 1 through November 14, 2021 , as well as model output variables for 12-hour periods on October 7, 2021 ("ocean_estuary_NR_his_00014.mat"), and October 29, 2021 ("ocean_estuary_NR_his_00058.mat").
